- Club games on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday afternoons are open to all members with no booking required. A Wanderers game is played every alternate Tuesday at different venues, start times vary. A game is played at the Hillview course on the alternate Tuesday to Wanderers. - Hillview Green Fees are payable through the pro shop
- The nomination fee provides you with a free club shirt

Fees are due, for all members, in January; they are calendar year based.
This dress code is applicable to all players, including visitors, participating in WestAviat Golf Club organised competitions. Dress standards are as generally accepted within the professional golfing tournaments but must be neat, clean and tidy.
The club captain or the captain of the day will be responsible for players dress standard and has the authority to stop a member or visitor from playing in a club competition if their dress is not to acceptable standard.
Shirts :It is preferred that all members wear the club shirt but other polo type shirts with collars, are acceptable. All shirts must be tucked in unless designed to be worn outside pants / skirt i.e. with no shirts tail. Definitely NO T-shirts, singlets, tank tops or midriff tops to be worn.Shirts shall have NO advertising except for makers' logo, club emblem or approved club sponsor.

Pants :Dress shorts or long dress trousers / slacks, including cargo type, are acceptable. Shorts can be either above or below the knee but brief shorts are not acceptable. Definitely NO denim of any type or track pants.
Skirts :Skirts may be worn but brief skirts are not acceptable.
Footwear :Shoes and socks must be worn for all competitions and it is preferred that these be proper golf shoes with soft sprigs. Other suitable soft soled shoes may be worn. Definitely NO ripple soles shoes or thongs.
